Calculation of stresses initiated by an electric explosion of conductors in a composite thick-walled cylinder

چکیده

The paper presents a dynamic loading analysis of material carried out by the exploding wire method (EWM). A composite cylinder is chosen as an experimental sample. It thick-walled made polymethyl methacrylate with axial bore formed therein, pressed into aluminium shell. sample was loaded applying electric voltage to conductor in form copper placed inside An equation state for explosion obtained. Dependence between pressure air channel and expansion coefficient EWM products demonstrated comparison charts theoretical values. model that describes amplitude characteristic radial stresses arising during constructed, taking account boundary initial conditions. substantiation accuracy given comparing obtained results data. estimation circumferential stress at which shell breaks directly performed.
